We are pleased to announce that Doug Weyrauch is bringing his extensive capper service support experience with and his new company Capper Service Solutions LLC to work with JD Machinery Sales and Service Inc. Jim Smith and JD Machinery together with Steve Cox and Premier Packaging Solutions LLC and Doug Weyrauch and Capper Service Solutions LLC bring decades of experience in the food, pharmaceutical and beverage industry, specializing in hot fill applications and capping applications of all types, including water, distilled spirits, hot fill juice, pharmaceutical and more to provide the right solution for your specific problem. Together we draw on additional industry resources to provide PLC support, design and custom parts as required.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE TROUBLESHOOTING & FULL AUDITS
If you’re having trouble with a capping issue, we can help. Whether it’s cocked/misapplied caps, inconsistent torques we can audit the machine, provide the service and either fix or recommend the solution to the problem. We understand spindle speeds, cam angles and how they affect cap application.
We also offer aluminum ROPP head set up support for existing heads or our NEW BUILT aftermarket Roll On heads
FULL MACHINE REBUILDS OR JUST A HEADSET
As the original national distributor of the Magnetic Technologies LLC capping headsets we can provide replacement heads, in plant rebuilds and full training to complement our installation and qualification support. Premier Packaging Solutions can also offer complete capper rebuild support for most machines. We also offer support for cap sorting and transport issues.
TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION
We offer both hands on training and classroom training with full documentation for your employees. We also can assist in putting together SOP’s which are key to future training and reference for machine set up.
